What Branch stores

Branch stores your name, email address, sign-in records, and OAuth grants. It also stores the decision spaces you create, including trip constraints, possible routes, notes, costs, and evidence links.

How Branch uses it

Branch uses this data to keep your travel planning state available across conversations and authorized MCP clients. Operational logs may record request timing, errors, and basic security information needed to run the service.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application. Neon hosts the database. Their own privacy terms cover the data they process for Branch. An authorized MCP client may also process the information you choose to send through it.

Bookings and payments

Branch records options and evidence. It does not book travel, charge a card, or send payment details to travel providers.

Retention and requests

Branch keeps account and trip data while your account remains active. To request a copy or deletion, email kristian@boe.ventures.
